Why aren't Everton opening a case against the PL and Masters for clear incompetence and non-impartiality?

This isn't about football, it's about getting rid of Everton.... completely.

Exactly 👇. I would go as far as to say the fans should start a Class Action Suit against MNasters and the EPL and maybe even Farhad Moshiri. If they do not will in any case likely be settled and the points will be returned. Evertonians were always fighters. What has happened that they just accept this nonsense and all they do is make signs accusing the EPL of corruption. 💪

OK, I am biased, I am a blue, but apart from all the aggravation, the divisiveness and the extra worry of relegation, it's as boring as funk! And now other fans are having sit through hours of analysis and hypothetical scenarios, which make normal punditry seem like light relief. Football, and sport in general was something you did to avoid maths and English compression. Now we can't get away from it. EPL, park it!

There are a few more fc's with serious overspending and operating losses which should be outlined and are going even ignored by the PL.

It’s a good point that Keith makes at 10:00 regarding the adversarial approach of the P.L. toward one of its members. Clearly 17 points is a ridiculous, someone at the P.L. is just too big for their boots and on some kind of ‘power trip’.
