Is there a job portal or anything after you finish your certificate ?

Not exactly. They do provide jobs that are "listing" the cert on their qualifications, which is driven from LinkedIn. But besides that they just give a roundabout of what jobs and the levels to look for.

Honestly, the best thing to notate is just to set yourself up for success within the interview. Also, present yourself well on your resume, learn how to modernize your resume for the field you want to be in, and see what others in the field are doing with theirs. Also, take notes of what you should expect in interviews for the field on KZfaq videos. A lot of people who are recruiters make videos to help.

well the range for entry level IT is around 40 - 60k based on experience. so it would be in that range until more certs or experience is gained.

Wassup Bro I just enrolled yesterday I just completed the first module because I had to go back and retake my notes. What kind of job did you land with the certification? And was it hard or was it options?

IT Support/Helpdesk. I had a good amount of options once I advertised my skills, experience, and plans for my career within my resume and cover letters, its important to never strain away from making your presentation powerful.

I don't mess with Google Certs. Back in 2018 it was the rage for the Gsuite cert. Then a year later they discontinued it.

Understandable, I believe they discontinued those because they started implementing certifications throughout Coursera. Microsoft, IBM, and other companies also have certifications on this site, it's worth a look, but nothing is comparable to CompTIA tbh.

Honestly it never hurts to have more certs? If you fancy yourself a learner and want to just have more stuff to add onto your resume, why not.

@@Merhawi213 You can apply for financial aid, but may not be available in your country. And I am not sure about the language difference, you may be able to change that in your settings or message the Coursera support team for assistance.
