In this video I went to a bridge that I never fished before. People joke on this bridge comparing it to others and I always wondered why. I took a chance and went for it and it turned out to be a great day!

When I was about 12 or 13(92-93 time frame) my dad was a commercial waterman clamming right there around the MM. A buddy of his caught a tractor tire in his clamming tongs. It had a 15lb tog in it. He gave it to dad and I weighed I at home. Dad also caught a flounder out there once while clamming that was as long as his arm. Armpit to finger tip. Great video. I recently stumbled across your channel and I have become a fan. Would love to figure that sheep bite out. Never have caught one.

Great video. That's actually a decent place to fish. I caught my first cobia there a couple of years ago. I used a bucktail and gulp.

Great video I have driven over that bridge many times while visiting family in that area and wondered how the fishing was there. I took my daughter fishing by the HRBT a few years ago and did well on flounders, she got a citation that went almost seven pounds. I know you fished there a while back, maybe it would be worth another try.

Good stuff, Jesse. I'm not surprised stripers were hitting your crabs. Some of the best baits for them are soft shell blue crabs and peelers.

July is a great month to be here. Flounder are in full swing, along with Sheepshead, Cobia, Blufish, King, and Spanish mackeral. Also there are Spadefish, Drum, Croaker, Weakfish, and Sharks. You should have no problem catching fish. If you do, I charter...

The striper are definitely improving further north in the bay. Reds and trout are pretty good, sheepies and tog are pretty good flounder too and everything else is the same minus dogfish. It’s hard to catch legal sharks to make shark nuggets nowadays

As someone who goes for stripper every week for the last 5 years the fight is not even comparable a 30 inch redfish is a hell of a lot more fun then a 30 inch stripper. But I big stripper is way more rewarding
