man i love ur content and crazy good video ideas, i just wanted to point out that it’s unfortunate u don’t rly get how player position changes work, especially for youth academies (since that gets great talents wasted, or not used to their full potential)… u have to understand that stats work differently for different positions and affect overall differently based on the position u chose to convert them to… so basically if a player (like the first nigerian one u got) has high dribbling and pace stats, he’s probably got a higher overall as a winger (since those stats are rly important stats for a player in that position) and a less good overall as a CM as u chose to convert him to... forget about the good physicals, focus on the big big positives (like the pace and dribbling stats) because the way to do stuff is to always focus on the strengths and address the weaknesses later (both for fifa position changes and irl, in anything, especially coaching and mentoring). btw another great way of figuring what is the best position for a player, look at the ETA for their conversion, the shorter it is, the more likely that player is suited for that positon (usually look for something between 2-5 weeks). if u still don’t quite get it, it’s okay, i’m not a great explainer, i recommend watching Canisports Create a club youth academy series, he talks it through every single time, and that’s where i learned it from. Hope u come across this and get a chance to learn something today. Anyways wish u the best and keep the great content up!
