lot 518 I believe is a brake shoe riveting machine. Yes, that roof leaking is totally unacceptable, especially with a "new" roof on the building. The landlord should make good on anything damaged through his insurance. Maybe it is time to have your own warehouse built, or buy one?

Many of these people are just there to look at an auction and maybe fill a car/suv up if they get lucky. Many just want a pallet or two (pick-up/van/trailer). And then you have the commercial resellers who you are bidding against. The auctioneer could care less since he just needs to sell it and get it off the floor.

The leak is absolutely the landlords fault. Part of renting is that the landlord is responsible for damages outside your control. On a lighter note I really enjoyed watching you bid live, cool content.

You are in for a surprise that pallet of gearboxes and transfer cases will probably pay for the entire truck load make sure you research each properly some of those are stupid expensive .

I just noticed something interesting; at 1:30, when John is looking through the pallets, he has number 18 on the back of his notepad, but in the actual auction he is number 17. I can think of a number of possible explanations, the most likely being that both John and Christianna registered separately, and they had two numbers.

The 18 is from a previous auction and he just reused the notepad. I thought he should just put the new sticker over the old one

It’s from an older auction. I put my number on the back of the first page now (instead of the back of the notebook) because I take notes on page 1 before the auction, but during the auction I have page 1 flipped over so I can write down my purchases on page 2.

So sorry for the roof leaks, been there myself. Mine wasn't as bad, but one unit would always have it gushing in - I felt for them (nuts and bolts place). Our landlord was a slum lord, and just kept patching and patching. At least yours tried with a new roof, its the installers that cheaped out it seems. I do love your sense of humor, and laughed at the snow blower scene...lol

Hobart kitchen equipment is commercial and $tupidly expensive. Sale/resale on Talbot's clothes isn't nearly as good, but Rabbit got them in quantity. If they're bigger sizes (12 and up) they're better money.

We stopped at 19 pallets and didn't get through the first outside row. 10 on our 16 foot box truck that day and the other 9 Wednesday morning.

I just had to look up the smart stand. It's for a real Christmas tree. You put in the trunk of the tree and it locks it into place. It's a cool item if it works well.

the wall could be a privacy screen for a VIP dodging paparazzi .The Vip or their security could linger there surveying the road and car park before dashing into their car .It could also be a crash barrier. It might also be like private homes have a front porch.

Rabbit, since leaks in your wearhouse are a known issue. Why not Spray paint or mark where the known problem areas are. And in the event of bad weather move product away from those areas?

That’s terrible about the roof leaks . It seems to happen way too often . Did the landlord go with the cheapest quote for a new roof ? That’s usually what happens when you go with the cheapest . Your landlord is responsible for your lost inventory and office equipment . Probably if you got your lawyer involved , they’d also sue the roofers . Wish I could think of a solution for the future . But you get so much inventory , you need a big space . I don’t know if buying a commercial building is on your radar . I guess you could have a store front with it . The other tenants must have the same problem too . Nice buys on the pallets ! Hope things work out with those leaks .

The roof is most likely under warranty by the roofers who installed it, and the landlord is also responsible. -It is a pain in the butt, and costs you time + ($$$$) though.

Bidder no 17 was all over the auction 😂😂 next time if Christina is with you let her bid on cheap pellets and you both act is two different buyers then you will get better price because people will try to outbid you but they dont know Christina so they wont bid against her

Retail Albatross, clearance and thrift stores is a good start. Of course you could start with just cleaning your house up and find plenty to resell on as well.
