Five perceiving Dolores as a person represents how his sanity has degraded over a lifetime of having no other living being to talk to, but it also has metaphorical significance in the wider story. The most prominent example of this is Dolores' visual similarity to Mom - the mannequin-esque robot Victor Hargreaves created to help raise the children. While Mom appears human in the television adaptation, she's far more clearly based on a mannequin in the original comics, underscoring her similarity to Dolores. Trapped in a dead world, Five creates a relationship that replaces the one person who regarded him with parental affection - just one of many instances of the kids playing out their childhoods in their adult lives.

I also liked Number 5 character. He is so complicated and insanely smart. That kid really did a great job portraying 58-year old guy in the body of 14-year old boy. And his scenes with Klaus are just so hilarious 😁🤣

So, the people looking for five were genuinely looking for him and five had been alone for so long, I mean at some point you start to go crazy and are trying to say he fell in love with the doll Dallores It’s kind of crazy and weird but what do you do when you’re alone for decades😂 I hope you’re enjoying the show I found it amazing😁

I can't wait for you to continue this series! Unlike Lucifer which is on it's 5th season, this show only has 2 seasons so you could get through it very quickly. Of course, I also want more Lucifer because it's my favorite show so...just do what you can, when you can!

i'm pretty sure what allison meant was that now that vanya is an adult, her CONTINUING to separate herself from everyone is on her. basically: as soon as she removed herself from reginald's care, she was responsible for her own decisions and behavior. it's still not entirely true (we all have to work through childhood issues, after all), but it's certainly more true than what you thought she was saying. because that really would be some straight up bullshit lol

Yeyyyyyyy!!! I’m so happy that you did a reaction video for second episode of UA! I absolutely agree with you! There are so many unique things about this show! I absolutely love the unique title cards, transitions and shots. This show is honestly so beautiful and it gets even better in the second season. Klaus is honestly my favorite character. The actor did such a brilliant job bringing his character to life. So did number five’s actor. He’s perfect for the role. Also, I’d like to go forward in time.

The Hargreeves be asking why is Vanya, sometimes they even ask who is Vanya. But none of them ever thought to ask *how is Vanya?* If I were them I would check up on her cuz she seemed very depressed and like self deprecating and that is not good ;-;

I also recommend watching cobra Kai if you are a karate kid fan the saga basically continues and even if your not a karate kid fan it explains everything that happened before and it's such a great funny show.

Somebody really hates these mannequins. Stay away from the mannequins! Sorry, but couldn't resist that ancient reference. Your reactions are priceless as is your insightful commentary about how everything is shot. This show does start to make more sense the more you watch it.

Allison didn't mean the abuse when she was telling Vanya that she could only blame her "problems" on herself. She meant that Vanya, as an adult, chose to write her book and basically release all of her family's dirty laundry to the world. Including stuff they probably didn't want aired or wanted to get away from. The book seems to be hinted at being the first hit to Allison's marriage and career as a well-known actress and both her and Diego definitely tried to get away from their childhoods the most so her revealing all of THEIR secrets did cross a line since she didn't even ask or warn them beforehand.

The father was horrible based on how all the siblings act. I see nothing that said Vanya was picked on or thought less of by her siblings. So telling all family secrets for all of them s wrong. It would be like writing a book, My Abused Sister. Where you tell the public about your siblings abuse knowing she would not be ok with that.
