I went for a nice hike by the Patapsco River and found parts of this old abandoned ghost town - Daniels. It was also Geese mating season or something. They were WILD! That river was super cold too.

Last year, I was exploring a somewhat forested public park, and I crossed the narrow part of a stream for what i (and the map app) thought was a shortcut. I end up in some area with a corral and horses. Further on, the forested area returns. There's a house, a shack-like office, and a tall covering for a collection of lumber planks and related equipment. I had wandered onto private property. Took more frantic exploring (even crossing a small rope bridge to finally find a medium-height brick entrance I could climb to escape. Glad you didn't end up in a similar situation

If you like ghost towns with barely anything left, allow me to formally invite you to vlog in Centralia. It’s less fun now that they’ve covered graffiti highway, but I’d still love to see the town’s demise presented in your style! And if you want to add a cool tourist attraction with laughable animatronics, the Pioneer Tunnel Coal Mine tour is nearby.
