In today's video I explore another great affordable off Disney property lodging option for your next Central Florida vacation. This is called the Wishes and Dreams Villa located in Kissimmee, Florida which is very close to Walt Disney World. I mean you can see The Tower of Terror and Spaceship Earth from the upstairs windows! This property is 15 minutes away from The Magic Kingdom and about 25-30 minutes away from The Universal Orlando Resort. I give you a full tour around the home and I share my honest review at the end. I have stayed at Windsor Hills Resort before and it’s always taken me about 30 mins or less to get back to the house from the parks. I love staying at this resort with my family. There is a ton of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The resort even has an awesome clubhouse with a huge pool and multiple water slides. It is my family’s go to vacation spot! Highly recommend.

We always stay at a villa when we manage a trip to WDW … so much cheaper than hotels. This one seems perfect for our family and the best thing is that the pool is not overlooked at all as they often are, we will definitely be enquiring about this property when we come over next time! Thanks Dev!

Windsor Hills is amazing! We loved owning there - even though we lost big $$ (thanks housing crash!) - and would recommend it to anyone visiting Disney.

omg this is exactly the house we need for our family....just us and our kids and grandkids are a total of 22 people. The arcade room!? Are you kidding me?! Wow! And a pool, jacuzzi and grill and all that seating outside?! And two living rooms, one for the kids and their tv shows and one for the adults...it's perfect!!! That property alone is a vacation destination! I'm definitely bookmarking this one! Thanks for featuring it...it's so hard to really know from the air bnb sites...it's great to have a real walk thru!

We’ve stayed at a home right around the corner from this house last summer. It was nearly identical. These homes are amazing, and cheaper than staying in a value resort!

We love Windsor Hills! We stayed there for the first time because my oldest daughter had a softball tournament at ESPN. We stayed at the same property a couple of more times and ended up buying the condo!! We are in the building closest to the community pool, which has a splash park and racing water slides! It’s an amazing place. We can actually watch fireworks from our condo! There is a small store, weight room, and small theater! Love, love, love this place!!

Villas are much better value! You get so much more space for the money and can cook meals rather than eating all of your meals out. Plus no parking fees at the villas and your own pool!

Wow, what a beautiful and perfect property! I love the Disney resorts, but we all know how much they are, this is so much more bang for your buck and easily could be split between a couple families vacationing together!! Thanks for showing us around! Loved it!

This was a great video. The nightly expense is not that high when you consider how many people it accommodates and the fact that you can eat at your rental instead of eating out.

Thanks for this video. We just got back from our onsite disney stay and we have a 4 year old and 7 month old. We are leaning toward an Airbnb next time because of the space needed for the little ones. This one is so nice!!

This looks like a great Air BNB for Disney and Universal. Since Disney has stopped many of the Magical Perks my family has gotten used to for staying on property- I may consider staying here. The Arcade Room is a fun plus- who can say no to PacMan😉? Thanks Dev, great tour and another great vlog!

Thank you for this review. Is it possible for you to do some more reviews of off property hotels. B&B’s, and home rentals for couples? With the Chapek Cutbacks of increasing prices and the removal of some of the Magic, I can see more people staying off property. Thank you for your channel, take care and stay healthy.

Thanks for the video. One thing I wish you'd mention is the traffic to this home. We stayed in that neighborhood in June and with traffic at night took us almost an hour to get home every night.

I can definitely see the traffic issue at night. But on this stay I actually didn’t have much trouble with traffic at all. But I would stay clear around the 5pm traffic and when the Disney parks close.

Hi PCDev ! Can you do a video or provide info on the different resorts and the miles and different traffic times for driving from the resorts to WDW. I think this would be a huge help to those of us outside of Florida who have no idea if 8 miles away versus 15 miles away from the parks is a time buster or if traffic from this resort or that one is better/worse/etc ! Thanks for all you do really enjoy your videos
