I'm an old boy and it's macaroni cheese. Many moons ago I moved to England and saw it on the school canteen menu. I got a plate of soft pasta in a milky sauce with a hint of cheese. No bacon, no mushrooms and no tomatoes. Imagine my disappointment 😮
