I had that same Gears of War 360 controller. It was so cool to me at the time because it allowed you to twist the D-pad and change it to where the diagonal spots weren’t pressed unless you managed to push two directions at the same time. Broke it like a month later 💀😂

Is it an original 360, or the S? I have an original 360, and I highly recommend always leaving a disc in the tray. Anytime my console is left without a disc (basically whenever I give my friends access to my old-school systems) I have to take the console apart to get the disc tray open.

I know you’re probably not planning on playing with the gears of war controller, if so, you gave your brother the better controller!! All of those painted controllers were made with cheaper components, cheaper, analog motors, cheaper, vibrating motors, all of that … I took apart and fixed many of them, and it was always this way, the black controllers, and the white controllers back in the day, as well as the gray and black controller. That was the original dark controller, all of them had better parts.

There was a console bundle with few controllers and bunch of games for $100. I asked how much for the controllers, she said $5 each. I gave her $10.

Yea maybe so but I was doing $100 per weekend at the time and this was the first sale we went to and there was about 34 total so I didn’t want to spend it all at once. Ended up not going with that video idea though so I could’ve
