I love catching about 6-8" trout pan frying them salt and pepper, butter. Can eat them whole fins n all. Fins come out like chips.

Hey sorry the ranger blew you off with the jump! The liability statement is such a cop out. I’m a ranger as well and we are specifically told not to jump with our patrol trucks because of the light and siren packages and extra piggy backed fuse boxes may fry our systems. ( I think they don’t trust us not to be idiots…) This is why we carry jump boxes for visitors.

A big thank you for sharing one awesome video Matty and Erin wow Canada looks amazing those camp spots mate are epic. I have never seen crystal clear water like that before were you can see the bottom. Only problem is it ain’t is warm is QLD tropical water . So definitely looking forward to seeing you both next Sunday night for the next adventure 😊

I know there are somewhat a few trucks like this rolling around. I did not get a look a t he side of the truck but for a moment I thought I saw this truck in my hometown. Perhaps in the Indiana area. Like turkey run type terrain…….

Lemon,butter, salt ,pepper wrap in foil. Toss it on the coals flip after 3min cook another 3min. Rest it for 5min. Open the foil pack. Eat

Butter inside trout and add a small slice of lemon some rosemary and thyme. Salt and pepper wrap it up in foil and put over fire . Anyone with common sense can tell when it’s done

Good to see you got the true American experience of cop's being complete dickheads. Ive had them tell me no for a jump in the middle of nowhere a few times, even had one tell me to tow it or I'll get fine while i stood there with jumper cables ready.
