I Have 24 hours (in-game time) to find Minecraft's rarest items in Hardcore Minecraft! As you watch through the video the items get rarer and rarer, eventually getting to the point of the blue axalotl and the rarest mob head in the game!
DISCLAIMER:
- This video was heavily inspired by @TheRealCarvs and @Wunba rarest items/mobs videos. I tried to collect items that they missed and make the video as unique as I can under the same concept.
- This 24 hour challenge was filmed over multiple days as it was 24 hours of in-game time (me playing)
- The piglin head forced me to wait a few more hours for a thunderstorm so technically I failed :(

That mansion you found at 16:17 is probably rarer than what you were looking for, because it is very rare for a mansion to spawn on a tall pillar of stone, let alone above water.

Actually the entire reason that it spawned on a super tall pillar is because it spawned on an ocean. Basically the woodland mansion spawned at the ocean because there was nowhere for it to spawn on land, so because of that I had to spawn on the ocean but to spawn on the ocean it had to generate a pillar to spawn on top of. It's still extremely rare though.

Also Im very sure that they were talking about both, I was just adding onto what they were saying, not opposing it if that's what you were thinking.

For anyone tryna get charged creepers for mob heads, make a lightning rod and wait for it to rain you can skip the lighting storm part and throw the channeling trident at the rod during the rain and it will make a lightning strike so you can skip the whole afking for lightning storms hope this helps!

I get a lot of these items way more often than I get the dragon egg in my worlds. Tamed cats give you rabbit's feet when you sleep, you get lots of poisonous potatoes from potato farms, etc. And suspicious stew can be crafted quite easily lol

Some specific items you mentioned aren't actually rare, but instead just hard to get, for example the nether star it has a guaranteed chance of dropping but the rare thing abt that is only getting the wither skulls

You know Bedrock is an item, and it's really hard to get? To get it, you have to defeat the Ender Dragon than replace the top Bedrock with an end crystal right next to the portal that leads to the overworld, and then the Bedrock will be in the overworld and you can pick it up. Cool, huh? I have always been thinking that the Bedrock was the rarest item until I found this video Edit: I used to always use the Coast armor trim, but now I always use the Silencs armor trim

The dragon egg is still the rarest item in the game because you can only get it once, and if you lose it then it's over. All the other items shown, although they are very rare and hard to get can be acquired more than once.

Technically the definition of rare is something that doesn't occur often and the dragon egg only can be got once making it technically the rarest item in Minecraft.

The way I got piglin's head is i got a charged creeper near a nether portal and trapped him when on the other side of the portal i had a piglin already prepared so i just pushed him there and quickly followed him to cause the creeper to explode killing piglin and giving me his head. Tbh they also should add zombified piglins head. Also husks, strays, endermen, drowned and spiders head would be nice

Suspicious stew isn’t rare. You can make it by feeding a flower to a brown mooshroom (you can get one by getting it struck by lightning) and milking it with a bowl. The type of flower changes the potion effect of the stew

Sorry to break 35:21 to u there are three more rare items in game 1) Carved pumpkin with enchantment like curse of vanishing and cure of bindin (reason for rarity is because it is patched up in 1.20 so u cannot enchant it). 2) suspicious sand 3) suspicious gravel the both can be collected with the help of water elevator of soul sand and cobweb

Make sure to wear 1 piece of gold armor (while keeping the swapout Netherite armor piece) for the Nether. Piglins do not attack you on sight!

all of them are renewable or can be found again. There are ways to clone dragon egg too, true, but only thru glitches. So dragon egg truly is the rarest block in the game

The actual rarest block is deep slate coal because it can't spawn under level 0 so it's really rare

It’s statistically deepslate emerald because it can only be found in mountain biomes and it has a low chance of spawning as a deepslate form like coal.

The easiest way to get mob heads is to charge creepers with lightning rods and getting whatever mob you want close to it! My boyfriend managed to get all mob heads in less than 1 day or 2. You wont need the trident in doing this!

New rarest item, the efficiency 1 enchanted golden apple. It replaced the efficiency 1 leather helmet in the newest 1.21 update. It spawns in woodland mansions in a chest in the hidden tree room. Its a glitched enchanted item that has something like 1 in 1 billion chance of spawning. Only exists due to a bug that over 5 updates made it go from an iron axe with efficiency 1, to leather helmet, then tunic, then leather leggings, then leather boots, and now an enchanted apple. Theres actually a guy out there who spent 3 years over 4 updates collecting a full leather efficiency 1 set. Now that same glitch happens with enchanted golden appkes in that same chest in the woodland mansion. So beyond collecting unobtainables through exploiting glitches and hopping through different versions, the efficiency 1 enchanted golden apple is now the rarest item in the game.

For the trident apparently you can just give the drowned a nautilus shell and it will drop a trident full durability and pick up the nautilus shell(i don’t know if this is a bug)
