In real life in la liga, you're only allowed to give first team players jersey numbers from 1-25. Numbers above that are usually reserved for youth academy and B team players. Do try to make sure the jersey numbers of the players reflect that

If too many midfielders get injured, you can change your formation to maybe a 4-2-4 with Dybala and Zito up front and make Yamal and Williams move further into the mid to carry on with Tiki Taka

PCQ: You should add objectives for certain players and try to achieve. If they conplete it you could add a development plan to the player or hire a coach in their position. For example you coul use one for zito call it next messi and he has to get 10 g/a to complete his objective or cubarsi next pique 5 clean sheets or fermin next iniesta get 10 assist with fermin

Dybala has gotten old and stop growing. I think you start start to play Vitor Roque in matches against weak team, to grow his overall (same with Marc Guiu). Then when they grow above 80, you can think of selling Dybala and start Vitor Roque
