Like so tyztir can see he should play his youth player cech more ps. To grow Matej Cech a lot put him on a left winger position or right development plan depending on what side he plays on don’t convert him and he’ll grow 5 to 7 ratings a season .

Started a Sunderland career mode too. Found a gem from Brazil in the youth academy worth 6 millions and 72 rated 5 star ball control. I wish i had mods to add him a decent face though but i’m on ps5

If you lose Clark try signing Viktor Đukanović. He's a left wing valued at 2 million at the beginning of the save. 66 rated up to 81 potential. I used him in a previous save and he was a beast.

PCQ: Look at Emanuel Sabbi. He's a winger and a striker who's extremely quick. He's with in budget and his stats are pretty good. He plays Le Havre in Ligue Une where he hasnt been a lethal goal scorer, but offers so much with his pace and dribbling

Even though I have loved watching Jack Clarke, I say he should be sold during this transfer window to maximize profit and to clear space for the other youngsters like Hobbs and Cech if you feel selling Clarke is necessary for a realistic rebuild of Sunderland. Otherwise, keep him.

Please don't sell Jack Clarke - he's your best player and without him, you'll be fighting for relegation. You need him for the push for Prem, and he can become a Sunderland legend if he helps them to get promoted to the Prem. And for a young player, they would want to help their team.

You don’t even have to start the youth academy players every match too not waste their potential.. but at least sub them in more often for the last 20-15 minutes.. they will get match experience and game time.. and when they come in fresh in the end stage they might actually pull some things of to het higher match ratings more easily
