There's been a disturbing trend of landlords putting hidden cameras & sound devices in apartments which is a violation of a legitimate right to privacy. Considering all of the legal ramifications, he should lead with that AFTER asking her if she put the camera there and move out if she says yes.

If they had a conversation in the past about trust and cheating then I would assume that camera is there to spy on him.
