@@komododragon410 Japanese skyscrapers are built in a specific way to shake along with the ground to prevent them from falling over. I'm no expert on this so you could go search it up. But years of getting our buildings destroyed by those damn earthquakes have given us a coat of resilience.

@@ownno its not a building either. A building means that 50% of its height is usable for the public. The CN tower is just a "tower" as its just a flying saucer with 2 sticks on both ends which means less than 50% of its height is usable which means its not a building Other tall structures which arent considered buildings are The Tokyo Skytree, Canton tower, KL tower, Eiffel tower and Tokyo tower

I'm pretty sure, most of those massive buildings won't come in reality. Because mt everest is 8 km high and and Rock's bulk or shear modulus of elasticity would exceed if it's over 9 km, this it would crush under it's own weight.
