Nice open design. Always nice to see a sliding glassdoor off of the dining room so you can get out onto the deck for dining outside when the weather's good.

There needs to be shelves in the shower for razor, soap, shampoo. Also a separate soaking tub.

nice floor plan, though I'd do a 2 bed 2 bath option.... love the kitchen layout... just like the '77 Marlette that I sold in 2010... had the breakfast bar option also. lots of storage space in the kitchen! the windows are also nice.... good layout. if I was buying, this could be a very good option! too bad its not available in Idaho.....

I just moved into a rented Mobile home with nearly this exact layout and so far I love it! Huge fan of the open floorplan as the hostess who can be prepping dinner or cleaning while still being with the guests in the living area. Also great for watching TV while loading the dishwasher!

Thanks for sharing this. I agree the kitchen needed more drawer banks and fewer plain cabinets. It would improve the storage and update the homes. This is a good option though. I like the master bath shower being tiled

Master shower is sweet and living room are my fav. but for the price it should include soft close cabinets . Price for single wide homes is high for a trailer unless there really well made .

I wonder if he miss spoke, because you can get this model from Oak Creek Homes who manufacturers it, in a 16 or 18 wide. This one looks to be the 16 version given the measurements.

It’s the 18 they don’t do 14s anymore (solitaire) so 18 would be considered the widest of the options

I don’t recall you telling us the Maker/Manufacturers when you begin tours. It would be GREAT if you would plz alert us to the manufacturers of each home B4 U go inside. It’s not listed below either. Thus it makes us go to further sites just for that info. I like the 18’ and 20’ wide SW homes.

This is a good solid floor plan. Right size on length and width. Who is the manufacture not the dealer. A Texas dealer not practical for some one living in the Dakotas or Minnesota. The manufacture may have other dealers elsewhere.

A tube light (sky light) would bring in alot of light but since the bathroom wall where the Tub is on the outer wall they should have put in a transom window at minimum better if that window opened too.
