Bro regardless if they're fake or not, don't wear those earrings in Medellin or in Colombia, you will get got! I was in Colombia for 6 months, have to blend in as much as possible don't be so obvious. Also, remember nobody is your friend there, there's a reason there nice, they want something! It's in Centro Medellin, but this is one of the most dangerous areas of the city, be on the look out and don't pull your phone out or cause to much attention, safe travels!
