-- 180g (3/4 cup ) Milk
-- 15 g (1 tbsp) Sugar
-- 4g (3/4 tsp) dry yeast
-- 1 egg
-- 15 g (1 tbsp) Cooking oil
-- 300g (3 cups ) Bread flour
-- 4 g (1/2 tsp) Salt
-- 20g (2-3 tbsp) Black sesame seeds
-- 8 gr / (1 tablespoon) Anise seed
--Preheat the oven for 15 minutes in advance, 180°C
-- 180 ° C / 356 ° F cook average 25-30 minutes

Hallo... Zu verwendendes Mehl für Brot: Proteinwert mindestens 11,5% - 13%, Glutenwert mindestens 28%, Mehle mit geringem Aschegehalt (max. 14,5%) sollten bevorzugt werden. Mehl Typ 550 sorgt für eine knusprige Brottextur.

Olá... Farinha para usar na panificação: Valor da proteína pelo menos 11,5% - 13%, Valor de glúten pelo menos 28%, As farinhas com baixo teor de cinzas (máx. 14,5%) devem ser preferidas. A farinha tipo 550 proporciona uma textura de pão crocante.
