I feel like some of these properties have provocative aerial view points by design. 😅 I could never have one of these but it’s lovely to see them! And as far as as your comment on kids, that’s ALL of us with babies.

I love watching your videos! I have lived in Michigan all my life, and now reside in Macomb MI. Would you ever consider doing videos about small towns? Emmett, Yale, Almont, Capac(Cows And Pigs And Chickens)? St Clair county, even Macomb county? Thank you for your videos!

Bout to move to Michigan. $9,000,000 will get you a 3,000ft home with no yard and built on top of someone else in Denver.

Well, with that giant house with 16 bathrooms, I don't think you'd be running into a bathroom every few feet. I think if they had fewer bathrooms, you might not see one for a while if you were just walking through the house because most are probably part of a bedroom suite for at least a few of the bedrooms. My house is obviously WAY smaller and has 2 full bathrooms, to the point that I have more bathrooms per square foot than that house. My house is 1360 square feet.

May be I am looking at the wrong places. I am basically looking for a new house in Novi/Northville/South Lyon/ Walled Lake/Commerce/Wixom area (Oakland county with good school). Where should I see?

I was in south, west, north-east, central USA. I found many new and nice houses there. I have moved to Michigan and I have 3 real estate agents so far in last 3 years, None of them could show me any nice houses. Only things they advice me is : Michigan doesn't have any nice houses. They are all old broken houses. If I want a nice home, I should move to south. I love winter and I don't love Michigan as it doesn't have a single nice house.

I guess it would depend on your budget and the area of choice. I have been looking at new builds in my area and they are running about $500K. The alternative option would be to spend about $200 K on a older home and you give it a love that it deserves and bring it up to par with newer construction properties.

I have a question for you. I have traveled all over the USA. Now I am in Michigan. I am very surprised to see that Michigan literally make no new houses as compared to other parts of the country. There is absolutely no new construction and all houses are broken here. How people in Michigan live in those broken houses? Why no construction? It makes me very surprised.

I think you must be looking in the wrong places. There is new construction all around in SE Michigan.

Was just about to say the same thing. We have more new builds here in Michigan than most of the other states. Southeast Michigan is LOADED with new builds.

nobody lives there in those iI have seen some documenteries and things like that usualy they are abandond some rare occations they are occupide but most of the time some sleasy things go down in those mostly drug deals and things, makes glad I live in Northville

also IDK where on earth you are looking because i have to say there are new constructions everywhere because I will say I live in a neighborhood with rather large houses and every day there is a new house being anounced and it is not the newest neighborhood either I guess you are in a really un desierable place
