Idk we really have gotten away from "curly girl approved" products as we have found those things are actually good for the hair, especially silicones for some. Silicones help in humidity.

I agree! Everyone’s hair is different and some might like ingredients that are not curly girl Methode approved ! But for me silicones are not the way to go since my hair always ends up poofy and less curly 💘 but that‘s just me !

Your results came out so good! I have the innersense I create definition but it can be a bit tacky. I find the treluxe mousse is super easy to brush through it acts like a cream for me and has decent hold underneath a gel or even by itself

Omg so happy you tried it!!💘 I normally don’t refresh until day 3 & then I wet the top pieces & use a mousse & diffuse

So happy you liked it!! I will do a refresh routine soon 🥰 but it normally holds up until day 3 and looks almost as good! But day 4&5 are a bit of a mess haha

That weightless air dry cream is described as a leave in on the packaging/website i think. I've used it and it doesn't provide any hold, definitely more of a leave in product.

You can use one if you want! My hair holds the curls a bit better if I don’t use too many heavy products, so I‘d only use a light leave in ❤
