Your presentation is probably the best out of any shiny hunter on KZfaq. Most of the time it's a couple resets before and a quick reaction. You always keep it interesting especially since you only use specific balls.

I’m also planning to do a palliative hunt since I got shining Pearl and I can use it for my “Hisuian shiny quest” that I made in legends, it’s me getting all of the new Pokémon in la shiny, I got them all except dialga palkia and enamorus soo yeah.

Interesting tip: the technique used here with the Harvest Ability and the Move: Skill Swap doesn't work on Arceus at all. It will always fail.

Seeing this strategy has brought about a level of gamer rage I cannot properly articulate. I shiny hunted Heatran with the original Gen 4 games, specifically Diamond. I caught it in a premiere ball, after failing the shiny attempting to do so FOUR times. Pain. So much pain.

You know what I will subscribe to you I have watched your video on this one and Arceus. I don't know how you have the patience to literally reset your switch to get one to be shiny, like seriously I give up after 100 and I am like "nah I am out" lol good content though. I just caught darkrai! Made Machamp use seismic toss twice to bring him down into the red. Then I used my camerupt to use yawn. Followed up with the quick switch to my level 100 rayquaza. From there darkrai was sound asleep and I threw only 3 ultra balls and he was caught.

Just finished my shiny Darkrai hunt in Diamond a week ago, soft reset for three weeks and finally encountered it. However, I was at a park with a friend and my DS started blinking as soon as the battle started😭. Needless to say we zoomed back to my house in the car, and I battled and caught it after a 30 minute battle on my porch.

Another tip you could use is what I call intimidation stacking You use a luxray or a Pokémon that has the intimidate ability and keep revving it when it gets ko’ed. the intimidate stacks and makes darkrais or any other pokemons attacks be light as a feather I used this against Cynthia’s garchomp and it worked like a charm.

Nobody ever talks about the harvest trick, or heal pulse + tons of leppa berry strats, I have no idea why!! They've helped me so much. Something to keep in mind though, not all abilities can be skill swapped. For example, it won't work on arceus

Chansey is your perfect match if it's healing you say. Soft boiled has a good heal aswell (I THINK IT ONLY APPEARS ON ALPHA CHANSEY IN Legends : Arceus version

Soft boiled is a fantastic move, but heal pulse is incredibly useful for shiny hunting, because you can use it to heal wild pokemon :) you can keep a pokemon from fainting when it runs out of moves by using heal pulse on it
