I thought I had listened to every narration. Somehow this gem was lost to me. I really enjoy the emotion in your voice, the way you convey how unnerving it is to be faced with your mortality. I don’t want to sound like Hannibal Lector but “I’m your most avid fan.” I started with you more popular uploads, listening in my way to bed. When you are recovering from an opiate addiction you tend to have extra time on your hands. Everything you used to find pleasurable is so unfamiliar and the reality of everything sticks out like a sore Thumb. For example, I used to love the soap opera and now I can’t even identify with the characters. It’s too good to be true. Your characters are hilarious and remind me of myself. You come thru these stories and your spirit shines through. I tried sleeping some nights and my regular narrator was so upbeat I found BARNABY’S and fell in love. I laughed so hard that night. I fell in love with your channel. The addiction didn’t win because I found respite in your voice. I want to thank you for helping me thru one of the hardest things I’ve ever experienced. Even though I don’t have much trouble sleeping anymore I still listen because I rather enjoy it. You kept a lady from throw away. I thank you 🙏🏽 and may God bless you and give you longevity so that you can continue giving the world the gift of your voice. 💜

I've tried listening to other narrators, but I just can't. Their voices seem off (almost grating) and I always find errors in their narration. I'm addicted to your voice.

Great story! Question, the Professor seemed to know more about the creature (or at least its history) than anyone else, but it never came for him prior to the protagonist's visit?

What amazes me is I never saw a membership erupt like a beautiful white-hot pillar of infinite fire belched out of a monstrous volcano on the sun. What I’m saying apart from the holiness of flame is I remember when Lighthouse had 3,000 subscribers. I may have the dates slightly wrong but in a month or so he had equaled if not exceeded the subscriptions of some of the best known Creepypasta narrators. I never saw anything like it but was only a bit surprised because the man is a born master of storytelling.

12 houses of the Zodiac, 12 primary Annunaki at a given time, Babylonian numerical system was base 60 which is 12x5, etc. So perhaps 13 means "Evil" as in "Excess", 12 + 1. Excess and desire being the origin of evil. Lack of balance. Unnatural. Interesting story.

We 💯% agree with you. Lighthouse is *THE GREATEST CREEPYPASTA NARRATOR THERE IS!* He is *_LOVED_* and *_APPRECIATED_* _deeply_ by us, his listeners... This man _deserves_ much more attention, _millions_ more subscribers. He has a charming and humble personality. He is so intensely *_refreshing,_* _especially_ in comparison to these older, more subscribed-to *"hot-heads"* 🔥🔥🔥that I personally cannot stand to listen to... A.) Because of the "holier than thou" attitude... And B.) Because I hate their voices, period. They don't sound good whatsoever, they just sound whiny, cheap, are LOUD, have an annoying "look at me" attitude and act like everyone loves them, they are not at all creative, they are not at all talented, and I even just recently personally found out one big one with 3+ million subscribers groomed a 12 years-young girl and I believe it 💯%, and another big one with like around 2 million subscribers actually teamed up with a CP writer and got a lawyer to try to COPYRIGHT THE VERY TERM "CREEPYPASTA" so no one could ever use the term without his permission and paying the guy even though he had nothing to do with the community that created the term long ago. That word, Creepypasta, it belongs to all of us. This guy and his writer pal, they are horrid, evil, greedy people. They make me sick. I just found it out. I need to go through all of my playlists and delete all their narrations as not to further promote the jerks! Beware of these awful narrators. 🤬🤬🤬 Honestly, both the narrators I mentioned must be forgotten, snuffed-out, taken down, and outed for sure! They don't deserve platforms. Stick with LIGHTHOUSE HORROR! He's truly the best we have! We are lucky to have him! Thanks for everything, LH! Much love to you and all who love LH too! ❤️❤️❤️

You know, I never had any issues with Friday the 13th, because nothing bad would ever happen on that date. _Then March 2020 rolled around with the worst Friday the 13th of my life._ 🦠

I think this story is more about addiction than anything else. Alcoholism took his friends, and the only way he could appease the monster is by sacrificing his own alcohol. He gets free of the monster for a bit, but it always comes back. Lots of metaphors. The 13th is an excuse to always be drinking because you're always in fear of the next one and drinking alleviates the anxiety.

I actually do have a Friday the 13th ritual, but it is basically getting on my PS4 and playing Friday the 13th cuz you get double bonus exp for playing on the day. So... less dangerous for sure.

To whomever is reading these stories for our thrills, thank you. The voice is familiar, but somehow not really with each new story I listen to. Part of me tells me it's that guy who read the last story, and part of me argues it's not quite exactly the same. It actually make sense that a person reading a story out loud might have changes in tone, due to a cold or a change in humidity or eating a really hot soup just before, nothing any of my business. Still, thank you. However you came to read these, I appreciate your voice, and also hope you take plenty of breaks to spend with your family because you probably really need it after one of these stories. Edit: if you can could you tell me those plants in the video? I'm not good with plants, but I like them. The ones in this video were really strange to me. Please educate me.

I listened to this video a few days ago but scrolling your vids for something to fall asleep to the title of this video reminded me of a book I read as a kid called The Hunt For The Seventh by Christine Morton-Shaw. Not even the same number as the video but it came to mind and I don't know if you'd be into it but at least check it out because I feel like you might like it. I love your voice and how you give life to stories, idk if it was my first video of yours but definitely the one that got me hooked was the discount voodoo shop one. If you ever do a book reading or maybe do some reading for audio books I would LOVE to hear the life you put into it. Idk😅its almost midnight and I worked all day so just a late night thought. At least give the synopsis a look because it was my favorite book growing up and probably one of the things that got me into horror as I got older💖

This sort of thing would be an easily provable event. Just the fact that he told the police at the cabin many of them would have died the next Friday the 13th. This would not have gone on noticed by others. And with each Progressive event more people would become aware. That's the only plot hole I wrestle with in the story.
