I've evolved with you throughout my business - I was with you/beside you during your girl boss era, we happened to have babies at the same time (within a month!) and slow down a bit, and now it's wonderful seeing you still KILLING it, but in a more manageable way. I love this new style of video. I enjoy seeing real life reselling better than highly edited content. Birddogs and BYLT do great for me. Men’s athletic wear generally sells quickly.

Don’t feel bad about Black Friday I only made one sale as well. It was my first time as a seller on a Black Friday so I wasn’t sure what to expect but seems like it’s a slow day for everyone I would’ve thought it would be a big sales day lol

You don't need to click into the listing to see free or discounted shipping, There is a little white truck in the upper left of the cover photo that indicates discounted, and a white truck with FREE for free shipping. That said, I don't think most buyers notice, and those that do likely don't understand how it eats into the seller's profit.

I knew about Bird Dogs- I think it was in Matt's (Thrift a Life) men's wear manifesto. At least it was in his first few releases. i don't know if it's that common but I've found it once (a t-shirt) in a thrift store.

Ah, the shipping discount. I tried it and got rid of it. I was losing money. People aren’t used to it. So if they would miss my offer to them, they would send an offer to me and subtract $2 because they didn’t realize they would still get it. So I was losing $3 per item. Doesn’t sound like much but it happened a lot!

Agree - never offer shipping discount on Poshmark but do when I give offer to likers. Hard to know if that sways buyer or would they buy without shipping discount?
