They really need to make the timer faster, way too many people do that.

Except for the client actually being slow on certain devices.. I literally have to restart my app several times a day. I almost time out after the first time. That's when I restart it immediately after it freezes. I'm running it on an sg20 ultra+... maybe wizards should optimize the client.

I'm currently on a *checks... a Note 20 Ultra and have next to no issues other than occasional game crashes on animations I wish I could disable on mobile. I do think the opening hand timer is far FAR too generous.

@@badgerff Yes, but the trample is only until end of turn vs the MR's trample stays after the turn's over. Plus the MR could by used on Jarsyl if you don't find the dino. But given the TBR is already in the deck, having more chances for trample just seems like a win. I'd try it myself, but don't have all the Leylines and can't justify using all the wildcards to build this. (MR = Monstrous Rage, TBR = Temur Battle Rage)

I know this may not be intuitive, but having 4 of each actually gives you the best odds of hitting exactly Jarsyll into the Dinosaur (Even more strangely, it’s exactly tied with decreasing to 3 copies of Jarsyll with 4 Dinosaurs. Either way, the odds are 2 in 7, aka 28.6% If you only had 1 Jarsyll, then you would only have a 20% chance of hitting it first)

The fact that 3 Jarsylls is equally good for the perfect sequence might actually make it the best option in practice If you fail and hit double Jarsyll, but you have a 3rd Leyline, then you can just keep the newer Jarsyll (who’s still on 1) When you use him to retry again on the next turn, the odds are 80% to hit the dinosaur (rather than 2 in 3), since there’s only 1 Jarsyll left instead of 2

Having only 3 Jarsylls is also better in the sense that hitting Dino first when you fail is pretty dang good, considering it hits so hard (“First” and most likely only, unless you have a 2nd Fragment Reality in hand)

i love gimmicky decks like this, and was thinking the same thing. ive ben trying Braids,Risen nightmare and just going for land destruction ( a turn 1 braids is pretty much saccing land for land and potentially nothing hits the field). this works about 50% of the time, depending on how fast they catch on. some of them catch on fast and just start taking the 2 damage immediately, others sac a couple lands before they realize thats all im doing.

Actually, do you even need more than 1 of each? With only 1 of each, the odds are exactly 50% to hit Jarsyll into Dino But with 2 of each, the odds are only 1 in 3 (33.3%), and with 4 of each the odds drop to 2 in 7 (28.6%)

@@Muhahahahaz You're right, but I'm just noticing the amount of times the Jarsyl ends up in the opening hand, so having two would be insurance against that. Also, there's the potential to have 2 Leylines out then Fragment Reality twice for the absolute epic play. Not likely to happen but I don't think the Jank Lord would want to remove that possibility just for consistency.

It has to be cheaper than the Leylines he's exiling with fragment. I'm pretty sure Rotting Regi is the only 3 drop with that much power on arena.

Casting it in the first main phase gives a chance to get Jarsyl into Regisaur turn 1.

Fragment reality only grabs a creature with lesser mana value, so whatever he wants to grab with it must be less than 4 mana

One removal or one counter, or a thought seize T1 there so much that can counter this. It's really not a big deal

​@@aetherwalker5434 Even so, it does generate some pretty bad patterns, yes, most things can be dealt with if you assume Force of Will/Negation + card to pitch on the first seven cards. Discard can work if you go first. The thing is that both this and Tibalt's Trickery are allowed to be so cheap for such powerful effects because their intended purpose is to disrupt your opponent, not be a combo piece. This kinds of oversight turn cards that could be just casual fun into potential ban worthy threats (like Trickery)

@viniciuslorenzini7195 this can bring a 3 cmc creature to the field... Tibalts can drop pretty much anything. Really not a good comparison. But like someone else said this deck would be at sub 50% wins if run constantly in ranked. One removal spell and the deck is done

@@aetherwalker5434 The thing is it's not just leylines, this can be abused with cost reduction mechanics like evoke, affinity and delve if you need a higher cost. I'm not saying that this deck in particular is broken, but that this kind of card should be restricted to targetting your opponent's stuff. Even Trickery is not broken per se, the combo is too inconsistent to be a top tier contender, but it generates a lot of "non games".

@@aetherwalker5434 i follow him from the beginning, when Is name was Chris the magician, almost 4 years. I saw a lot of crazy jank deck the impressed me a lot for the effectivness they had. I find that the decks quality now Is lower, and I just hope that he return to his real Power again, becouse I like him a lot for his person and he is also a laozi "fan" like me 😜
