Matt Armstrong had the same issue with coolant on his gt3 but he managed to sort it out. Definitely check out his video.

Cooling system must be “vacuum bleed”. They’re very difficult to bleed.

EXACTLY RIGHT! Get the right tool and get it done right. Anything else is going to fail and cause overheating. You don't need to introduce any self-inflicted issues.
