Oh without a doubt. Shit feels super rigged, especially because it was one of 4 possible combinations he could have gotten to lose if my math is correct, rolling a one and a two, a two and three, one and 3, and what he got. Frustrating.

He loses with 4+1, 3+2, 3+1, and 2+1, like you said. As for doubles, he wins with 2+2+6, 2+2+5, 2+2+4, 2+2+3, 2+2+2, 1+1+6, 1+1+5, and 1+1+4. He loses with 2+2+1, 1+1+3, 1+1+2, and 1+1+1. In total there are 51 distinct combinations and 43/51 are wins and 8/51 are losses. This obviously makes it seem much more likely to win but you need to take into account how often they come up.

for the maze minigame the controls don't scramble, they rotate, so press a button and figure out which direction it sends you, rotate your wiimote in your hands so that the button you pressed faces the direction it moves you, and then proceed like your controls weren't changed.
