Rachel & I and her wee dog Fin set off with such blind optimism and faith that we were about to have a wonderful adventure.
And adventure we had!!
Top tip… dont go there in October unless you want to be caught up in Red Deer rutting season!!!

That was so good Annie. I was up there in 2017 in the exact same conditions. You can't wish these things away so it's like see the virtue in it right? Resonated with your spirit throughout. It was beautiful and magic for sure. As for the running you enjoyed yourself in the only way you knew how - all good. Yeah, enjoyed your company to. You have a kind soul somewhere. All the best. Mark

Definitely 1 of those you will remember if nothing else lol.try washing the tyvek a few times on a cold wash it will soften it up and stops it crinkling and packs easier

Brilliant! You two did really well as that was a tough challenge to overcome at 1am. I think I’d have just taken a snorkel and slept through it 😂. Great video and it shows it’s not all sunsets and rises👊

🙈 aw no you didn’t watch it!! Lol … you’ll never get that 30 mins back you know 😅 We did consider staying put and just floating on the air mats, my garmin tells me I was sleeping pretty well! I’d sleep through the apocalypse right enough. Hardest part of moving was filming the sodding thing 🤣

Good stuff on my list for next year, I spent a night sleeping in back of my car at the car park at glencoe is was full of crazy people like me doing the same thing.

i have friends who have channels and i watched tons of different wild camping videos made by girls where the ones made by the guys seam to be just fine but for some reason they never seam to work and i never been able to figure out why. but now i figured it out ..... thanks.the reason why yours work and others dont is that you are not trying to hard you are just being your self and say what ever you like. and ofcourse when i finally find one that i like its made by a scottish person .... hehehehe ofcourse you are the most wholesome thinking and down to earth people in the world ..... great video keep up the good work and ffs make more wild camping videos ....... best regards from scandinavia
