When corona disease came to India or lockdown was imposed. Then the company paid all the staff 70% of the salary for the first month or did not pay after that so that my seniors continued to get their money. I told my boss about this and he said that the company does not have any funds. Or I remained silent or then slowly all my savings started getting exhausted. When the lockdown was lifted or when I joined the office, after 1-2 months my bank statement came to update in which I saw that the salary of all the staff has been paid 70% to seniors or 40-50% to juniors. I am very sad to see that this happened with us because the seniors who prepared and sent the salary sheet to HR got approval on it. When I asked my boss about this he did not answer or said talk to HR about this or when I talked to HR he told me that the salary sheet sent has been approved by us or that sheet finance or Seniors of Accounts Department have sent. I then told my boss about this and he said that I sent your name but he did not know how it happened. Or no one took any action after that. After 2 months I got fever which was typhoid so I took leave for 15 days or when I joined again my boss told me that he is transferring me to Kolkata branch. So I said sir, I have been working here for 5 years, when I joined, I was told that I have to work in Delhi Head Office. My boss told me that I have to get a job and I will call you back in a few days or after a month I will go to Kolkata. Salary did not increase. After I completed 3 months in Delhi, the owner of the company or HR made me permanent after returning to Delhi. I was happy but I did not realize that this happiness lasted for a few days. One day my boss sent me to overseas bank to make a payment or gave me a blank check which was signed or stamped by the authorized signatory. Or my boss messaged me on WhatsApp that this company has to charge RTGS of 68 lakhs. So I called our company for RTGS, after 15 minutes my boss said that this company does not have to do it or sent other details that it has to be done so I told my boss sir when you WhatsApped me then I called you. Because of what you did, he turned away. Now RTGS has been paid and Rs 3 lakh has been saved in my account. My boss yelled at me a lot. And the banker was looking in the office as if I have committed this mistake with my own hands. The day I started RTGS, I went to the bank manager or told him everything and he asked me to request him in whose account the money has gone. so maybe they will return your money. But this happened because he gave his 1crore 25 lakh rupees to our company. In the evening, when I came straight home from the bank, I got a call from my boss who told me that the owner of the company has called me to his office yesterday. The owner of the company lives in Vasant Vihar. I reached there at 10.30 the next day. The boss was also there or the owner abused me a lot.
