I love your definition of “almost new/ basically new”. In my area, people treat pre-loved/ barely worn sneakers as BEAT and throw terrible offers. Resell game has its cons, big time

This is sick, I've always wanted to do this kind of thing, where I trade up till I got something I dreamed about, whether it was sneakers og something totally different nonetheless it was exciting to me. Love the series! If you’re thinking of investing in another pair of sneakers, I would suggest the fossil rose dunks after they drop in the US and people get their pairs. Prices are already going up from like a week ago and I think they’ll be going up a lot soon!

All the decent thrift stores in Boston are away from the downtown. You have to go out towards Cambridge, Allston and Brookline to find some spots!

I also recently got my grail pairs! I recently was able to buy a black fog raid and yeezy 500 soft vision for under retail, both complete with box and accessories. I know it's not really considered a grail, but considering that I also started selling sneakers for $30, these pairs sure are nice to have. Thanks for the idea and continuous inspiration!

I love the idea of a sneaker collection fund. I just started and purchased well over 40 pairs of shoes since January. I have been buying things I don't need just to gain status to exclusive access so maybe I can start my fund off of those 😁😁
