@@GLAMZILLA after a few months, the falling will stop. I'm in your shoes too and it's because you're eating less, your body gets less nutrients and hair isn't priority opposed to your vital organs, etc so unfortunately your hair gets very little nutrients. Vitamin B complex, zinc, magnesium and selenium can help.

Your hair is a cool toned black and the ponytail is a warm black brown so it's *VERY* close, but if you can dye it a cooler shade or even just tone it to a cooler shade, it would be absolutely undetectable. ♥ I like the flip at the end, it's so cute!

I had hair loss too after losing 75lbs. It took about 6 months and an increase in vitamins, biotin, and collagen supplements for my hair to normalize. That pony looks great!

I had to look this up because I am actively trying to lose weight. I didn’t know that was a thing! It makes so much sense, though! Cause when my doctor had me on weight loss meds, I was losing weight and feeling good, but my hair was stunted even with protective styling. Thanks for teaching me something new!

If u haven't ever tried a banana clip I would give it a go! I have thinner, fine hair and that clip gives me a beautiful voluminous thick looking ponytail! Learned about them from my momma

I hope you're on every vitamin and supplement you can possible get with your doctors approval! I had horrible hair breakage and my nails were paper thin. I started eating tons of veggies and fruits with tons of hair skin and nails vitamins and it's amazing! I feel soo much better!
