Good points E Bike, thanks for sharing. I also chose AR X-52 (yes, waiting until May) after similar considerations. One other thing that stuck out about AR in addition to your points was the use of all metal gears in their electric motors as opposed to nylon gears on most competitors.

Those metal geared motors have no respect for hills either. II dont think "hills" is in their vocabulary TBH

Hey Kyle, I'm about to get my first bike. I've narrowed down to either the Ariel x class 1000W , or the Rize Blade 1000W. I really don't want to wait 5 months so I'm leaning toward the Blade, but I am concerned about customer support and I've seen some complaints about that regarding Rize. You own bikes from each company, I'd be interested in your opinion. Thanks!

Go with the AR bro you won't be disappointed. They also have great customer service considering what I've seen in the Ariel Rider owners club group on FB. Also the 1000W is nominal, but it's 2000w peak 🤘😜❤️

I haven’t ridden the Rize Blade but it seems like a cool bike. I haven’t had to deal with Rize’s customer service so I can’t speak to that personally but I’m in their FB group and it seems like are pretty easy to work with if you have issues. However, if you can deal with the wait I’d totally hold out for the AR Xclass. Their bikes are awesome and from personal experience I can say their customer service is top notch!

I'd agree with the Rusty Roads and Kyle. The X-Class is a great bike. I've had mine for a couple months now and love it. I also went through the same pre-buy criteria as Kyle mentioned in the video and concluded X-Class was the best in class, and even the best compared to higher priced bikes.
