I got a new Dispatcher today, so things might be changing for the better on this coke account! I also end up changing loads 3 times in this vlog and pick up a load in Grand, Rapids, Michigan and deliver it to Detroit, Michigan.

Things may be in flux at your company, but the fact that your dispatcher was replaced with a seemingly better one is a good indicator that you are with a company that's at least interested in improving. Perhaps you may consider softening your stance if your dispatcher continues to consider your perspective with load plans. I appreciate your videos, and I look forward to the next one. I am rooting for you to find a sweet spot to exist in within your company.

@jetboss737 you sure don't know much about drivers or trucking! There are not many drivers out there that can just enjoy there job without dealing with constant bullshit!! Been driving for 20 years and did not get a non bullshit job till year 18! This sux because we just wanna get a good company and do our shit and retire!

What would you say are some issues drivers have with brokers? How useful would it be if you were dispatched by the brokers office? What would you like to see change with the involvement of a broker throughout the transportation process?

I think it's time for you to find another company to work for... From what has happened with your present company, you will never be able to move up the company ladder... And all this stress is bad for your health. Time to submit your resignation and start finding information on becoming an Owner/Operator...
