We aren’t given a name for the baby so you simply have to refer to him as his full title, Baby In Yellow, make sure it’s all capitalized properly too

The King in Yellow was published by Robert W. Chambers in 1895, not Lovecraft. Lovecraft took much inspiration from the collection of short stories after reading it in 1927, and went on to include many references to it in his Cthulhu Mythos.
