@@contranym675 camera auto exposure is really crappy until you go to the really high end multi thousand dollar category. The lights were turned down so the camera adjusted it's exposure to be the highest level possible, combining multiple frames (3 or 4) of footage in one frame (sort of like high exposure photography), resulting in less frames per second.
