I don't know about anyone else, but I've noticed that I've been seeing new videos from you more often - and, I've been watching them fairly regularly. Not so much because you're good at bringing up pearls of wisdom (you are), but because the tone of your voice and the delivery of whatever you're saying is so soothing and relaxing. I feel as if I am perpetually dialed to 9 these days, and your talks are a soft breeze. I don't think its so much what you are saying, but your presence itself is doing us all a great service. I'm so sorry that happened to you. I have heard of people getting their accounts back by calling and calling and calling until finally someone is willing to talk to them so that you can explain the situation. I'm so sorry you've had to go through this.

Note: I know how much work it takes to write and edit and sell-publish on Amazon. There are also far more famous Robert Lindsays than I, but I did not have to worry about that. It seems you basically got banned out of sheer laziness on someone’s part. Glad you got treated better on Google. I did buy your book by the way. You are getting your message out one way or another.

This happened to me as well. I was selling of my personal library of many books. My bookstore was an Amazon for over 3 years. Then I was notified that I forgot one of their selling rules. So they shut down my account. Everything I tried to contact them was useless. In the end it was clear that they have no value towards their sellers.

Sadly, this is typical Amazon. As others have mentioned, you should keep trying until you contact a human. I once published several notebooks under a name that turned out to be the same name of another publisher doing the same type of notebooks. I was able to reach a human, explain the situation, and get my books removed from Amazon since I was the one in error. In this case, you used your real name that happens to be a famous name. Not your fault, and you've made attempts to correct it. Keep trying! Good luck!

These things are very frustrating. These kinds of incidents are why I would never buy a Kindle. I do not want anything to do with that tyrannical ecosystem. I have always been, and always will be, buying Kobo. I like the completely open and free Kobo ecosystem. Kobo will never delete books from my ereader like Amazon did, for example, or abuse personal data.
