Solid exchanges all in all. People already mentioned sending those massive amounts of T1 siege away in either a rally or into a flag. I'd like to mention if you're thinking about a garrison shift, consider putting them in the garrison list on the gear icon on your city wall. Makes the swapping around substantially quicker. Great job and great fun though.

If you planned to take a rally from the beginning you should have taken all your t1/t2 out your city and into flags before porting. How many from the first rally sev wounds were those 600k T1 seige?
