Arby's of Wytheville Virginia closed down 15 years ago, it has been trashed, vandalized, it is overgrown sitting there rotting away they say it closed down to having a sinkhole in the middle of the restaurant

That's a late 70s or early 80s Arby's and no wonder it didn't sell if a sink hole has opened up underneath it. In fact it's a miracle it's still standing and it could go at any time.

The restaurant was opened in 1988, closed in 2013 because the owner McDonald was ordered to redo the parking lot and remodel the store, and he refused and closed it down, the manager of the store did not even know it until she went to work at 6:30 that morning, and they told Miss Rogers they were closing.

This restaurant was unfortunately built on an area that had been filled with dirt, but it was not adequately roll compacted, so over time subsidence occurred. I’m surprised that those doors you entered wasn’t locked! Usually when places closed they always have the doors unlocked unless someone broke the lock on the door! Do you ever video abandoned places in West Virginia?

Never have like too

I wondered about that too, has he ever videoed anything here in West Virginia. There are a lot of abandoned places, as with all states I'm sure, to go and see and video. This is very old school Arby's for sure. I remember when Arby's had this style in their stores when I was a teenager and would eat at our local Arby's a lot while hanging out with friends!
