Good talking points and rudeness is no substitute for a civil discussion. I’ve been filmed numerous times in my work capacity and never have had an issue with it because I’m not trying to be shady. Only people who mind being filmed are people doing something they don’t want put out there. Keep up the good work.

I have been to that dealer before. I walked in and nobody talked to me or even asked me. If i need help. So, i left and never been back.

I never like to get into the negative talk, but I have a friend that is a vendor that goes to all the motorcycle rallies big rallies, hot leathers, and two other companies has sold all out to the Iranians so a lot of people are intimidated with the camera because it’s dirty business behind the door, especially with the leather and the patches

You would be correct if property was public. This is private property with public access. If she rented her space, she controls that space for the specified time. She was rude but within her lane.

Harley-Davidson, Inc. (HOG) is a public company that trades on the NYSE. The company became public in 1986. Police police departments, post office, etc…. Are also public domain where the 1 amendment can be practiced. Just because she rented her space from Harley to operate in a public space doesn’t mean she can stop me from filming. She would need to add walls and doors the next time to keep me out and that’s all facts.

@@ridefitnation Incorrect. Publicly traded companies/corporations are private property (and in this case allow public access) No local, state or federal entity owns HD property. You were good to be outside her space and film so long as property owner had no problem. Police depts., post offices and all other government offices are public property.

The space is private property. Even though the public has access. But Harley being the owner of such space would have to set such boundaries.

To be honest I didn't see any of her patches I'd have any desire to wear in public. Maybe if I was a teenager trying to show how rebellious I could be. Oh well. To each their own.
