I’m fairly sure these were weighted. Nogla wanted to ensure that it would be a good video so he bought packs and gave the good ones with good to great pulls with a few low balls to make it seem more legit. Maybe the first few packs were real but even then them joking about it not being resealed. Just a hunch and theories

Hearing Terroriser saying he couldn't get Pokemon cards when he was a kid because they couldn't afford them at the time and see everyone else able to get them ( I felt that). Typhlosion is my favorite pokemon. I still have my Gold and Silver for the gameboy color... I've already had to replay both from battery fatigue but I've since modded them. I still have my gameboy set from when I was young. I have them setup in hallway before my restroom. I've been playing the same games on the Golden Throne for 20 years...
