Somebody been debating whether or not you can get glitch from the tune of everything and I think you can, because if you go on the wiki it says you can’t, HOWEVER, it also says that on the rune, there’s no explicit description saying you can’t, unlike the biome randomiser.

why does starscourge radiant not have a 100M+ cutscene, and when you get it the screen doesn’t turn white or whatever, and then chromatic genesis has a 100M+ cutscene and when you get it your screen turns white or whatever. and why is radiant 1/100,000,000 and genesis is 1/99,999,999
