That level of bravery and insanity is what got me hooked lol I wouldn’t feel safe cracking a Moonbreon at all. I’m honestly converting from PSA to CGC. PSA being expensive, terrible customer service, and taking so long just isn’t worth. CGC slabs also look very nice now

Yeah,psas membership plus turnaround times aren't the greatest so I kinda feel u. Luckily my local lcs just sends cards for me so it's still cheap but without it, I would do the same as you

I think slabs are cool in theory, but I just don’t think I would ever wanna store my cards like that (even if it does offer maximum protection). Still not all the way sold on binders so instead I just have various tins full of sleeved cards lol. Someday I will decide

I liked cgc a lot , now I hate the labels and see the issue with them grading errors that they shouldn’t , I couldn’t use them now 😭

Ive sent to SGC but unfortunately it doesn’t add real value…. Its better to send to PSA or BGS and wait. Especially higher end cards its pointless to waste $9 when PSA is like $15 - $20 to grade and could significantly add value to your collection. People these days can’t even wait 3 months to get their cards back.

Yeah definitely personal preference and of course, depends on what you are grading the cards for. To flip, right now psa bgs probably better, for PC in my opinion anyway, I love the look of em so it really just depends on person :)

Dk when you tape the top of the top loader use painters tape. Incase it sticks to the card edge it won't leave residue on the card or cause damage.

I grade exclusively with SGC. They're fast, cheap, consistent, and there is no other slab on the market that compliments the art on TCG cards. In my opinion anyway. Glad to see them getting some love. With their sports card reputation, i never understood why Pokellectors didn't value their service more.

Yesh I think over time if they stay consistent, change the basketball logo on the back for tcg, they will become a standard.

Is there a cert number on each card for reference with SGC? I know they’re huge in the sports world and I have some sports cards I was going to send in.

I've been looking at which company to send my cards for grading. A week or 2 turn-around is definitely enticing. I have managed to pull like 5 venasaur, 10 blastoise and 2 charizard from celebrations. Def want a set of 10s

Nice return!!! You need to up your packaging game tho, bro. It worked but looked atrocious, haha. Also, throw your top loaders (should use card savers actually) in team bags. You can skip the tape that way. Scotch tape on a top loader is not a fun time.

Yeah I thunk my last submission from bgs, cheapest one of course, took a total of 5 months. I have already sent a few cards to psa and bgs and I drop them off at the same time. Bgs always comes later than PSA. Could be a regional thing or where my lcs sends them to. But I'm local to bgs so it's kinda worse that the turnaround times are this tragic.

I recently pulled the nami sp from op05, do you think i should send it off to bgs or psa? I dont even know if bgs requires membership to send or not, thats how poor my Knowledge of grading is 😅

Bgs u don't but psa you do. It's like 100 Dollars a year I think but for bgs if u send it, unless u pay,the higher price, you will legit not get it until next year 😂😂

I cant belive you traded like 10 super rare cards for a giratina 9.5 bgs only. If you graded those cards they would have been worth $1500 maybe more. That card is worth $400-$600 on ebay lol😂😂😂

Lol yeah it was alot. Lots of those cards were not 10s unfortunately and I had dupes. The value at the time when we calculated was roughly 600 to 640 which seemed fair enough bc I wasn't adding cash. But I can,see why people didn't like the trade 😂

Dont get me wrong I love the card and understand why you traded so much for it. Im looking myself to find same card to grade in a 10, its difficult. I was you I would have tried to get It in BGS 10. I feel like with modern cards it's BGS, psa or pristine 10 or bust. Anyway keep up the good work, your shows hilarious.
