Thank you for another excellent video. I have certainly found a snorkel invaluable in helping me to improve my drills, however after a year of using it in my pool I was suddenly told that I was not permitted to use it anymore, in case they have to administer CPR - I wonder why some pools allow snorkels and some don't?

Happy New Year🎉🎉🎉 I just bought a Finnis one. It should arrive today. I'm really excited to use it cause I have cardiovascular problems. This will help me to finish lengths instead of gasping for air every length 🙄 Thanks

I have the problem of water entering my nose when using a front facing snorkel. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I've done these and similar drills, with exactly that type of snorkel. When I do, I always wear simple nose clip, the rubber type that simply pinches the nasal airway shut (from outside, not inside) like if you were holding your nose with your fingers. They stay on, and work perfectly for me. So using the snorkel, you'll only breathe using mouth.

Quite a few people use a nose clip. Often snorkels come with one - or you can buy one. Eventually you do get used to breathing out slightly through your nose when using the snorkel. The only time that becomes difficult is doing tumble turns.
