Tartarus is still mostly easy, but the later full moon boss gave me a run for my money.@@Javeton

Yeah early game was a bit rough but now i'm not having too many problems around the 45-50s. Sometimes the formidable shadows can be a little scary and catch my weaknesses and maybe some full moon bosses but other than that it. Pretty chill

Imo, the game gives you way too many cards(badumtsst) to play with. I blew through Hanged Man on Hard mode at Lv63 and I looked up what his original level was…. 45-50. That EXP Fool arcana + wand exp arcana combo is a lot more potent than I thought if you get grind passives for Tartarus. I over prepared on accident 😅

I overleveled via farming hand's for coins. Gear is damned expensive and the arcade demands your unborn son as compensation. As for cards, it's arcana then coins.

Game's too beginner friendly that climbing Tartarus and bosses are too easy even on Merciless. - Fool + Wand combo can make you overleveled easily. I was 54 in a block where the strong enemies are 39. - You can stack crits now. Apt Pupil + Auto Rebellion + Crit Rate Boost can almost guarantee you a crit every time. - The new Fuuka. She can now give you 100 SP using Theurgy + buffs + enemy floor debuff. I like her new voice tho. It's cute. - Shuffle cards and Arcana links. The level of the cards is much higher on each block compared to the original p3fes/p3p. Back then you can only get level 3-4 cards on the 3rd block. Also, the sword cards now give you skill cards instead of weapon. Skill cards back then can only be obtained via gift from fusion and the antique shop iirc. Duplicating them is also much easier now since it's a same day duplicate compared to few days. - Easier equipment crafting. Back then you need a persona to make a weapon and armor, now you just need the catalyst and the ores. Nevertheless, I still enjoy the game.

Buffs in every persona game are overpowered and break the games. Theurgies though yeah theyre strong as hell for how little effort it is to get them

Even with a slight buff, it isn't supposed to do that much damage, Tarukaja doesn't boost damage that much compared to concentrate or power charge. Plus I was already 6 or 7 levels higher due to me always choosing double xp so mc stats are way above than what they should be at that Monad boss.

Hello, fellow pay to fusion player. I can't even get free persona to fuse new persona anymore. I have to grind for money, but my level keep going up.

What do you mean? Grinding the money in P3R is easily attainable and fusion should be much easier as well since its part of the shuffle mini game.

@@kuro0v3r the personas those you get from the section cannot be fused into my current level(I unlocked all possible personas in the same range pf combination, if i wish to progress further I have to summon the recent one to fuse). Unless, you fuse the suffled personas twice. Also im doing this to collect the auto-ma****

@@Gegarace Then all you'll have to do is to keep on leveling up to unlock more fusion or fuse low level ones to new ones or low level to low level, they might give you a lot of combinations that way.

The Switch Pro controller is compatible with PC so I wouldn't be shocked that Switch buttons are an option. I am surprised that this game doesn't have a Switch port tho. SMT V runs on the same engine iirc

@0uttaS1TE Acording to interviews, they didn't make a Switch version because... they literally didn't care. They never tried to put it on Switch to begin with. Heck, they even admitted that a Switch port of Reload would most likely be possible, they just didn't make it because... no, I guess.

i had to switch to hard because normal was far too easy lmfao i assumed i was gonna be hit killed ALL the time in hard and was afraid due to my experience with the og Persona 3 Switched to hard and yeah, this is basically Persona 3's normal difficulty

@@Konachaosyeah after playing normal on royal, i realized normal is the easy mode for persona games. Had to bump it up to merciless for my second playthrough to actually feel challenged. Thats why i started on hard for p3r, had a couple of difficulties but mostly still easy. Couldn’t imagine the normal mode tho.
