I’m so sorry for your loss miscarriage sucks and I have been through it as well. I got pregnant in 2014 after I had a tubal reversal I was so excited. And then when I went to my 16 week appointment they checked for the heartbeat and he couldn’t find it. So then he did a ultrasound to find the heartbeat and there was no heartbeat I was devastated. So if you ever need to talk I’m always here. God bless

I totally understand, I had my miscarriage at 17 weeks as well in January 2022 we had to rush to the hospital which was 30 mins away. It’s really rough going thru this type of stuff. That u for ur courage for sharing.

I'm sorry for your loss, 45 years ago we loss our baby at 18 weeks, I still morn for him. Your twins are beautiful!

I’m so upset with your hospital experience and the doctor sending you home even with you already having contractions and just saying expect a lot of blood. You were too far along. I went to the ER pregnant at 9 weeks and no heartbeat but I didn’t have contractions. I had very light spotting. Thank you for sharing your story. I know it’s very hard. Your experience was very traumatizing and I’m so glad you are ok.

I ‘ve experienced a pregnancy loss at 17 weeks two weeks ago. I delivered at the hospital after going through the ER. The nurses and doctors at my hospital were very supportive of me and my husband. I can’t believe they sent you home to have your baby😢 ❤

It infuriates me that the doctor sent you home to have your miscarriage that late in your pregnancy. He should have been reported and made to take classes to learn not to dismiss women. Thank God you had good family, friends and a good partner. I'm sorry this happened to you.

Going through this did you take pain medication? And how long from the time you felt the strong Pain to the time the baby came out

I did not take any pain medication until I got to the hospital after the baby came out, but before the placenta came out. I was having painful cramping for 3-4 hours before the baby came out and they continued for 2-3 more hours until the placenta came out. It was a very painful and traumatic experience!

@@thecloudninefamily788 sorry for your traumatic experience. You are courageous. Question: so every miscarriage of 17 weeks old and more will necessarily lead to some type of intervenrion to remove the embryo and placenta? Is it possible to have a missed miscarriage being 18 weeks pregnant?

Hi, I’m honestly not sure the answer to your question. In my experience I did need help to get the placenta out.

This just happened to me last Saturday. I literally sat down and my babu fell out. I told my husband, dr, mother that the only way I could explain it was that the baby literally fell out of my body. I said it was graphic and almost inconceivable.

Sorry for your pain. At 16 weeks, did you just bleed or did you see something big and shocking such the foetus or noticeable embryo.

Wow I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my baby this last Saturday. October 28, 2023. I woke up with some spotting and 30 mis later my baby's feet just came out while I was sitting on the toilet throwing up. Ambulance came and rushed me to the hospital with my baby hanging out of me. My baby was born sleeping. 💔💔😭😭 I don't know how to cope with this. I feel like I failed my baby. I'm beyond broken. I have 4 other children. And I need to be strong for them. I just wish there was something I could have done so my baby would still be here.

No, the hospital took him to do an autopsy and find out the cause of death which they later told us was undetermined, possibly an infection
