Was feeling a little bit down but also spent some time with the Lord and was so encouraged by scripture He's been highlighting and what He is speaking in this area so I wanted to share this to encourage those that may be able to relate. XX
I keep it real on here. I love sharing my lessons and really tapping into the power of being vulnerable. I hope you leave encouraged.

Sorry to see you feeling down hope your feeling better , I can sympathise with you myself feeling down myself maybe it's just the time of year .Spring is geþing closer lighter nights and hopefully warmer weather to come . I know it's uncertain times in Welsh rugby at the moment with the contracts hoping that things work out positive for Willis, its terrible for the players to have this on certainty about their jobs. Always interesting and thought provoking, sending you all God's blessings

Oh it’s okay Michael. Don’t be sorry. Such as life. Seasons change, highs and lows make up the human experience. It’s just another opportunity for me to rely on the Lord. 🫶🏽🤎 Another opportunity to allow the Lord to teach me and guide me. Bless you! Thank u Michael! Rugby is unpredictable. It comes with the territory sometimes 😅 We shall see what 2023 has for us. Gods plan 🙌🏾
