This is exactly my story….. it took me 3 years after we got married before I got the immigrant visa. Unfortunately my hubby passed on two years later😢. I thank God the son we had together is now 5yrs 🎉.

4yrs is a looooong time,but thank God you finally got it. Mine was 6 months from applying to getting the visa. Applied July 2019 n I got to America Feb 10 2022

Just you know there is a huge visa log Not only for the family. My brother applied for a visitor visa and he was given 300days to wait. He is suppose to attend our Nephew graduation from university in May.. Hopefully you will be called soon coz yours has taken too long 😢.

You must be talking of something different from us. USA marriage visa called CR1/IR1 takes 8-12 months to process. Fiancee visa called K1 takes 4-6 months. Now after covid those times have changed. CR1 is taking an average of 2yrs and K1 is taking an average of 18mnths
