It’s random and I recommend just hatching AFK as long as possible. I’ve gone days without hatching a secret then BAM I get a few in one day. Completely random luck

You know I just hatched my first secret and it's 50m gem... You know I tried to get first secret from lava but after 1 hour I got nothing But after like 5 hours I got very rare secret Where is a logic?

Yea luck helps and completely random. You can have high luck % and still not hatch anything
