I've something called Call Anxiety (of cause l made that up :) l get so nervous & panicky whenever l think about calls. Hence the friends dt really get me dnt have expectations regarding to that. I do try tho to accommodate them but for the most l can go for months without calling.

Every time I see ppl on flights I think, I wish I wasn’t scared of planes and liked flying. How do you do it so often Esther?

Hey. I was like you too and then I worked at the airport and I realized that every single aspect of every flight is extremely calculated. There is an insane application of safety measure for every aspect and flights incidents are extremely rare. You risk more going on a car every day than flying. Hope this helpz

Think of it driving in a car is actually a higher likely hood of an accident versus a plane. I still get anxious leading up to a plane ride and it’s understandable but planes are actually pretty safe.

Why do you feel like you hate NYC 80% off the time? Been thinking of moving overseas to New York for a while but scared I don’t know enough of what it’s like! I enjoyed holidaying there but I’m sure living there would be different

how exciting! hmm it’s not that i hate NYC, but it’s definitely a rollercoaster - the highs are very high and the lows are very low. the hardest part was dealing with loneliness, but that comes and goes. i just try to remind myself why i wanted to move there in the first place. best of luck to you! 😙 as challenging it can be, it’s just as rewarding
