i suffer from that same discrimination, these women fails to understand Sikhi is the only religion that promotes women equality. It's all EVIL Bollywood's fault that they insert into women's mind, especially Sikh women that marry a non-sikh. Just look at Jab We Met & Namaste England movies, to name a few. I wasn't used to tie turban & had no Kesh, 3 years ago i started wearing it & it's become a part of me

Sikh matrimonial websites prefer 80% without turban boys. I had once proposed to a Sikh girl, she said she doesn't want her life partner to look like Osama Bin Laden. My research say Sikhs have poor selling skills. Wearing a Turban has never been a burden for me. I got maximum respect from European, Arab and American women.
